BACKGROUND
PRO-ORG was born under the concept of observation and on belief that plans of action rely, with no exception, in the observation of our surroundings – nowadays as complex as ever.
There is much confusion and fear when approaching the market because there is much ignorance about what are the needs to be met, and by whom. The market functions when we understand that the needs of those who consumes are the same as of those who provide. PRO-ORG has very little to do with the so-called normality as it sees normality as insecurity – no wonder that in the normal world there are more underpaid workers than successful business people.
The challenge of a business is to increase its share of the market and to thrive. But for this to happen its culture must be light, flexible, and fearless but knowledgeable. Some organizations chooses to deal with many diverse products or services, some organizations chooses to deal with a very specific market – the niches. There is someone out there who trades, and possibly profits, from Marmite. Have you ever tasted it? It is awful.
PRO-ORG chooses to work with an apparently very small market. I say apparently because there are more than 180.000 registered charities in England and Wales alone – the world is an even bigger place. The advantage to deal with a small number of potential clients is the fact that one can easily understand their needs and expectations.
